Idle Mafia Game Henchmen Guide

Hire and prepare Idle Mafia Game henchmen by checking roster roles, equipment slots, visible effects, defense needs, costs, and current assignment state.

Idle Mafia Game officially lets you hire henchmen, equip them, and use your crew to defend turf. A useful henchman is therefore more than an owned name: the unit must be assigned, have equipment that fits an available slot, and support the attack, defense, or Family objective you are pursuing. The complete roster and exact stats are not available in current public first-party text, so use the in-game Crew and Collection views as the authoritative index.

Start in the Crew screen

Open Crew and identify the active roster, yourself, available henchmen, empty equipment slots, and any visible stats or role labels. If the game shows a separate hiring control, read its cost and condition before confirming. Do not assume a unit is active because it appears in Collection.

Select one henchman and record the exact displayed name, acquisition source, visible stats, open slots, current equipment, and check date. Leave rarity or hidden behavior blank if the interface does not state it.

Hire for a real role

Active attack role

Prioritize a setup that improves the visible combat information used by Fight, while keeping enough Health and cash protection for the action.

Persistent defense role

Assign equipment deliberately, then compare actual defense records after time away rather than assuming a hidden formula.

Family role

Ask what the current war or territory objective needs and whether the henchman setup contributes under the live rules.

A role makes purchases testable. “This henchman needs a weapon for a visible Attack gap” is actionable. “Buy every new unit because a larger roster must be better” is not.

Equip a henchman correctly

Current community documentation reports that weapons, armor, and vehicles must be assigned through Crew. Buy or obtain the item, confirm it in Collection, select the intended henchman, choose the matching slot, and check that the item appears equipped. Compare the visible summary before and after when the game provides one.

Repeat one slot at a time. This prevents a weapon effect from being confused with armor, a vehicle, a crew-wide bonus, or an update. If an item cannot be equipped, check type compatibility, ownership, duplicate use, level, and the exact disabled message.

Build a henchman record

Field
Record
Use
Identity
Exact name and any visible type or rarity.
Keeps aliases and similarly named units in one record.
Source
Hire screen, Shop, crate, reward, or other displayed path.
Shows where a player can actually obtain the unit.
Slots
Weapon, armor, vehicle, or other slots visibly available.
Prevents buying incompatible or unusable equipment.
Effect
Visible stats before and after assignment.
Connects the setup to a measurable role.
Status
Owned, active, assigned, and last checked date.
Separates Collection ownership from the active crew.

Balance henchmen with the economy

Henchmen and equipment compete with properties for cash. Establish passive income before buying roster depth that has no immediate purpose. When a new unit clearly unlocks a slot or solves a defense problem, compare that value with the income lost by delaying the next property.

Use a crew budget separate from growth capital. That prevents a crate or impulse hire from resetting the account’s property plan. The Cash Guide provides a three-bucket method.

Evaluate defense after time away

The official description says crew keeps defending turf while you sleep. Before logging out, note active henchmen, equipment, relevant visible stats, carried cash, and Family or territory state. On return, inspect any attack or defense record before changing the roster.

One outcome does not produce a universal ranking. Target strength, current rules, health or protection state, and other bonuses can affect it. Look for repeated patterns after controlled changes.

Currently documented roster status

No complete named henchman list for the current Roblox experience is reliably documented. Official artwork confirms the crew theme but does not label individual units, and public text confirms the system rather than the roster. The accurate list is therefore the one visible in your current Crew or Collection screen.

This guide does not fill that gap with characters from Century Games’ mobile Idle Mafia. Terms such as Capos, nationalities, Streets, Awakening, and Serum belong to another game and should not enter this roster.

Common henchman mistakes

  • Treating an owned unit as active without checking assignment.
  • Buying gear before confirming the henchman’s compatible slots.
  • Changing the entire roster and all equipment at once, making outcomes impossible to attribute.
  • Declaring a universal best henchman from one fight or one screenshot.
  • Spending the next property fund on unused roster depth.
  • Assuming offline defense guarantees protection against every rival or loss type.
  • Importing mobile-game characters into the Roblox index.

Next steps

Open Weapons, Armor, and Vehicles for slot-specific records. Then use Defense to prepare the active crew before logging out and PvP to evaluate attack readiness.

Evidence note

Hiring, equipping, and persistent crew defense are official. The full henchman roster, costs, roles, rarities, stats, and formulas remain unverified public data and must come from the current in-game index.
