The Idle Mafia Game territory map is a Family control view inside the persistent world. Official media shows region tabs, district cards, Family ownership status, and map navigation, while the official description says Families can go to war and take over the map. Use the media names to find your way, but use the live Territory screen for current owners, opponents, progress, timers, and actions.

The screenshot also shows a sample “0 of 30 districts” Family state. That establishes a total visible in that media build, not an immutable current cap.
Port Caldera snapshot
The selected official Port Caldera view labels The Shipyards, Cannery Row, Lighthouse Point, Harborfront, and Saltview Terraces. Treat these as official-media map labels. Recheck spelling and availability in the live map before coordinating a current target.
The district cards in the image also show owner or challenger-like text and progress elements. The image is not sharp or current enough to publish those names and values as live control.
Read a current district card
Navigate without losing the target
Open Territory, choose the named region tab, then select the district card identified by the Family. Before acting, verify the live owner and progress because the persistent map can change between a message and your click.
If the map offers zoom or reset controls, use them to restore a readable view rather than acting on a partially visible card. Official media shows reset and zoom controls in its sample interface, but exact behavior belongs to the live build.
Coordinate attack and defense
Share exact region, district, current state, deadline, and remaining need. Avoid community nicknames when the interface label is available. Confirm whether the eligible action begins in Territory, Family War, Fight, or another current screen.
Prepare crew, Health, action resources, and cash exposure. A map target does not make a costly attempt automatically worthwhile; keep a personal budget and report when the account cannot contribute efficiently.
Keep the map snapshot current
Record date, region, district, owner, challenger, progress, time, Family objective, and result. Replace changed control rather than appending stale ownership as if two states are simultaneous. A historical screenshot can be labeled as history, but it should not answer “who controls this now?”
Common territory mistakes
- Treating official promotional control as the live owner.
- Sending members to a nickname that maps to multiple districts.
- Ignoring progress already completed by another player.
- Assuming a normal PvP attack counts for district control.
- Inventing a capture formula from one bar movement.
- Publishing an old district count as a permanent total.
- Spending without checking the current window and result.

Evidence note
Map takeover is official. Region and Port Caldera district labels are readable from official game media checked September 1, 2026. Ownership, total districts, access, progress, timing, actions, rewards, and scoring remain live-build data.
