Idle Mafia Game Jobs Guide

Choose Idle Mafia Game jobs by Stamina, cash, XP, prerequisites, and your next level goal without relying on an unverified permanent job list.

Jobs are the active half of Idle Mafia Game progression. The official description confirms they award cash and help you level up, while current community documentation identifies Stamina as the resource spent on early jobs. Choose a job by the result you need—XP for a level gate, cash for a purchase, or a repeatable balance of both—then use the exact card shown in your current session.

Read every job card as a bundle

Do not record only the cash reward. A useful job entry includes its displayed name, area or screen, level requirement, other prerequisite, Stamina cost, cash reward, XP reward, repeat limit or cooldown if shown, and the date checked. Unknown fields should stay unknown instead of being inferred from another job.

RequirementCan you run it now?Check level, area, equipment, and any visible prerequisite.
StaminaWhat active resource leaves?Compare cost with the amount currently available and its recovery.
CashWhat purchase does it advance?Connect the payout to a property, equipment, or protection goal.
XPWhat level gate gets closer?Use the current progress bar instead of guessing the number of repeats.

Choose between cash and XP efficiency

When the next useful feature or job is level-locked, XP per Stamina is more important than the largest cash number. Divide the displayed XP by the displayed Stamina for each available job, but keep prerequisites and repeatability in view. A theoretically efficient job is irrelevant if it cannot be repeated or does not fit the remaining resource.

When the next target is a property purchase, compare cash per Stamina. This is not the same as total cash. A smaller job can be more efficient if it consumes much less Stamina and can be repeated enough times to use the bar cleanly.

If the same job is competitive on both measures, it is a good default. If not, select based on the current bottleneck. The Progression Guide explains how to identify that bottleneck across the whole account.

Run a clean job session

  1. Check the current Stamina total and its visible recovery information.
  2. Set one goal: next level, next property, or a specific cash reserve.
  3. Compare only jobs you can currently start.
  4. Record cash and XP before the first run if the card is unclear.
  5. Run once and confirm the observed changes match the displayed result.
  6. Repeat only while the job remains the best route to the chosen goal.
  7. Stop before spending cash that was earmarked for the next account milestone.

The one-run check catches outdated text, temporary bonuses, and misunderstood units. It also reveals whether the interface shows gross reward, variable reward, or another condition. Do not turn a single unusual result into a universal formula.

Currently documented early behavior

A current illustrated walkthrough names an early job, reports that jobs consume Stamina, and shows cash plus XP as the important returns. That is useful evidence for the menu loop, but it is not a complete job database. This page therefore does not publish a fabricated list of later areas, level gates, costs, or rewards.

Community reported: early jobs use Stamina and advance cash plus XP. The complete job inventory, exact values, prerequisites, and resource recovery still need a same-build in-game record.

Use the current UI to expand your personal index. Keep every row tied to a date and game version or update period. If a job changes, update that row rather than creating a duplicate entry with an almost identical name.

Coordinate jobs with idle time

Property income continues while you are away, so job resources and property time can overlap. Use Stamina during an active session, then let its recovery occur while properties continue earning. Return by checking both resources: a recovered action bar and accumulated property income can fund the next step together.

Avoid leaving Stamina capped for long active periods while repeatedly browsing other menus. Likewise, do not stay online solely to wait for a property timer when there is no useful action remaining. The persistent loop rewards deliberate handoffs between active and offline systems.

Common job mistakes

  • Choosing the largest cash payout without comparing its Stamina cost.
  • Repeating a cash-efficient job when XP is the actual progression blocker.
  • Assuming every action uses Stamina; read the bar and requirement shown for that action.
  • Copying an early job’s values into later jobs or treating a screenshot as a complete list.
  • Spending each payout immediately, then never reaching the property or gear target that motivated the session.
  • Allowing an action resource to sit capped while actively playing and intending to level.

When a job will not start

Read the disabled state or error before spending elsewhere. Check current Stamina, level, prerequisite items, area access, cooldown, and whether another resource is required. Refresh the menu or rejoin only after confirming the state is not an ordinary requirement.

If the reward does not match the card, capture the job name, before-and-after totals, active bonuses, and check time. Temporary multipliers can change results without permanently changing the base job. Use the observed current result for your session and avoid publishing the difference as a global bug without corroboration.

Next steps

Turn job cash into a planned purchase with the Cash Guide. If that purchase is a property, use Property Income to compare recovery time. If the next level is your focus, return to Progression and identify what the level actually unlocks before committing an entire bar.

Evidence note

Jobs for cash and levels are official. Stamina and early menu behavior are community reported from a current illustrated walkthrough checked September 1, 2026. Exact job values remain live-build data.
